These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LLYLL platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"), operated by LLYLL Corp, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware ("LLYLL"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service. "Content" means any video, audio, image, text, or metadata uploaded or generated.
Acceptance occurs upon explicit confirmation during account creation. Access via direct link implies limited acceptance for viewing purposes only.
LLYLL is a video communication and collaboration platform offering video capture, editing, automation, and AI-assisted creative tools. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis without any guarantee of result.
Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Credentials are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
LLYLL may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice and without explanation, to the extent permitted by law.
Users retain ownership of their Content. Users grant LLYLL a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license strictly necessary to operate, host, process, and display the Service.
Users are solely responsible for obtaining all required image and personality rights. Users shall indemnify and hold harmless LLYLL from any claims arising from Content, image rights, consent, or legality.
AI features are designed not to alter the meaning of Content but accuracy is not guaranteed. LLYLL disclaims all liability related to AI-generated outputs. User data is not used to train AI models and is used solely for technical improvement.
LLYLL acts as a neutral hosting provider and reserves the right to actively moderate or remove Content at its sole discretion.
LLYLL shall not be liable for user-generated Content. Except in cases of willful misconduct, total liability shall not exceed USD 0 for free services or USD 50 for paid services.
The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Closing an account does not automatically delete Content. Deletion requests must be submitted in writing.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
LLYLL may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
